Over a year after legal’s sudden exodus from the office, disabled attorneys said they’ve largely benefited from the remote work environment. But while burnout and accommodations are still pressing concerns, disabled attorneys want law firms’ flexibility to continue well after COVID-19 measures are eased.

For many years, disabled attorneys fought for more remote work arrangements. The pandemic finally seemed to be the impetus for law firm leadership to offer more flexibility.
