The Ministry of Energy has approved a new formulation for the maximum tariffs for electrical power sold by electricity producers up to and including the year 2025. On the same subject : April is Fair Housing Month | Whitman Legal Solutions, LLC. Such maximum tariffs have been set for groups of electricity producers.

The Senate of Parliament has passed a bill aimed at improving legislation on electricity, energy conservation, subsurface use, local governments and the state border (see the May 2022 executive summary for more details). This will take effect on August 31, 2022.

It is proposed to supplement the following: (a) state registration of legal entities (including if a legal entity is created as a result of reorganization); (b) accounting records of a branch (representative office) of a legal entity; (c) state re-registration of a legal person; and (d) state registration of termination of a legal entity electronically based on an electronic application submitted through the “e-government” web portal.

Postal law

Article 18-1. It is proposed to introduce new postal services, such as electronic and hybrid postal services. Its purpose is the electronic transmission of messages, information, letters and documents between authenticated service users with confirmation of transmission and delivery of such transmission and to ensure secure storage of received messages, information, letters and documents. User authentication is performed by means of an electronic digital signature.
